my story
As a young girl growing up in a small town in West Virginia, I always wanted to have a better life. In my 20s I started my personal growth and development journey to better myself and it became my passion. Over the years, I came to believe that if you change your thoughts you can change your world! This belief and my relentless drive and ambition to have a better life pushed me to become a high achieving leader in the federal government where I enjoyed working with some remarkable high-level women and men, including the former Treasurer of the United States.
As a leader in the workplace, home, and community, I understand the unique challenges of high-achieving women. I know what it’s like to be successful, confident, and passionate about your career and family, yet on the inside feeling stressed, exhausted, and sensing that you were meant for more.....to be more and do more in life. And I also know what it's like to take ownership and responsibility for your life and fight for the life you desire and deserve, and win!

my defining moment
At the height of my federal government career, the unexpected happened. I realized that I needed to make a change from the 31 year career that I had built and poured myself into for so long in order to live a life that I truly loved --- a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life! Through it all, and combatting my own trials I have been able to achieve my dream life. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and retired early from my six-figure job. In doing so, I committed to taking my life back and helping other women do the same.
Today, I have been called to help women on their personal development journey and transforming their life. My mission is to add value, make a difference in the lives of others, and create a legacy for generations to come.
